American Dining Creations is the partner that manages SNHU Dining. Our philosophy is the fresh difference, where we strive for the highest quality ingredients, fresh and in season, with authentically prepared recipes. We never accept mediocrity as a standard and are always striving to exceed guests’ expectations. This starts with hiring the right people, training properly and setting an example of excellence from the top down each and every day.
